IDR Luxe Consulting partners with companies to deliver strategic and branding solutions with a focus on elevating the luxury customer experience. Recent projects span a diverse range of luxury and lifestyle initiatives: launching new hotel brands, crafting signature guest experiences, conducting mystery shopping to refine high-end retail service, and designing premium club and lounge environments for hotels and airports. We have also led initiatives in luxury wine cellar sales, introduced distinctive grocery and snack concepts, championed organic and pasture-raised food education, created social media recipe content, and hosted curated culinary events.

ISHITA D. RAPINO, CEO AND FOUNDER

Ishita Rapino is the CEO and Founder of IDR Luxe Consulting, bringing more than 20 years of expertise in shaping some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands and experiences.

Most recently, she served as Global Brand Director for The Ritz-Carlton and Ritz-Carlton Reserve, where she stewarded the brand vision and guest experience for more than 120 properties worldwide. Prior to that, she led marquee initiatives at American Express designed for the luxury consumer, including Fine Hotels & Resorts, Select Homes & Retreats, The Centurion Lounges, and exclusive benefits for Platinum and Centurion Card Members. Her career reflects a deep understanding of the affluent traveler, the luxury lifestyle market, and the art of creating elevated customer experiences that endure.
