Prior to that, she led marquee initiatives at American Express designed for the luxury consumer, including Fine Hotels & Resorts, Select Homes & Retreats, The Centurion Lounges, and exclusive benefits for Platinum and Centurion Card Members. Her career reflects a deep understanding of the affluent traveler, the luxury lifestyle market, and the art of creating elevated customer experiences that endure.
